I don't agree with the list entirely. Surely Moscow, Tehran and Tokyo (not necessarily in that order) are the most expensive cities to live in as in rentals and real estate prices. Mumbai comes close too.

The list of least expensive cities to visit is more or less okay. But where is Kolkata my friend? It is India's cheapest city to live and visit. :)

At best, this is a vague list. The accuracy of the lists are highly debatable.
